Business Closure Procedures and User Rights

1 Notice of Closure

1.1 If the Company decides to close the service or cease operations, the Company will use its best efforts to notify Users at least 30 days in advance by email, platform announcement, or other reasonable means.
1.2 The notice will include the reason for the shutdown, the date of the shutdown, the rights of the users and the optional next steps.

2. Refund Policy

2.1 If users still have unused subscriptions or prepayments when the service is closed, the company will refund the corresponding amount on a pro rata basis.
2.2 Refunds will be processed according to the user's payment method, the details of which will be explained in the closure notice.

3. Support and help

3.1 Between the release of the shutdown notice and the service shutdown date, the company will provide dedicated support channels to help users deal with the shutdown related matters.
3.2 Users can contact the support team via email, online customer service or by phone.

4. Terminating the User Agreement

4.1 On the service shutdown date, the agreement between the Company and the User will automatically terminate unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4.2 Users may no longer access or use the Company's Platform and Services after the Service Shutdown Date.

5. Disclaimer clause

5.1 The Company shall not be liable for any direct or indirect losses arising from the closure of the Service, except for losses arising from the Company's negligence or breach of this Agreement.

6. Dispute resolution

6.1 Any dispute arising from the closure of the Service shall be handled in accordance with the dispute resolution provisions of this Agreement.
