Lots of assistance. I got Peter and Alex. They personally email you, ask if you need any help and give you a discounted price if you buy more or are a first-time customer. Sometimes proxies can be troublesome and you'd need someone to talk to. Their site is very easy to navigate.

There are websites, applications which allows only country based IP addresses. With Privateproxy not only you can access those application but at the same time security has been provided to your public network by hiding your public internet IP. It is best for DC solutions.

If it was not for Sugan helping me install the Proxy properly with instructions for non-technical people, I would have given this company 1 star. The first set sent by other chat techs were instructions for installing on Chrome that did not work for my Mac. The 2nd suggestion was to download FoxyProxy and let it install. The instructions are useless. Private Proxy did not explain how to set up the app and neither did FoxyProxy who believes all their clients are tech geeks. I installed a proxy using Apple's instructions and that left me with constant keychain problems. Sugan was interested in helping me solve the actual problem I was having, not just flinging instructions without context.

I'll be fully honest, I bought their package 3 Static private DC proxies (the trial one) for $9 a month, all of the IPs we high fraud score BUT I messaged support about it (shoutout to Sugan, he hooked me up, great guy), and after 5 minutes they instantly replaced my proxies with all 3 ZERO FRAUD SCORE ones.

I have been a customer for about a year now and I've never seen a better support anywhere else. They offer proxies for everything i could need or imagine. The support is very good. It doesn't matter if its a technical issue with the proxies or something with the billing that needs to be adjusted.You get quick replies and theres always the right person available.
