Bright data has superb support for academic research. Besides the amazing data they provide, their data sets are well organized and easy to use. Importantly, they are happy to customize to your data demand. In addition, they have been very responsive and patient in accomodating your data demands. They have helped my research tremendously and I definitely would recommend Bright data to anyone in academia.

I have used the platform for one research project so far, but am planning to collaborate with Bright Data again in the future. In my opinion their platform is quite intuitive and easy to use, also because they conduct an onboarding session including a video tutorial. The data was provided in a way that was easy to implement and integrate into my research workflow. Their staff was super responsive via mail and we also had multiple zoom calls to discuss any issues. What I like the best about bright data is their custom proxy solution. And, of course, the speed is better than other proxy providers.But its no longer providing the support as it should be. There are now more inteneted to earn money instead of taking care of there customers

The porfolio of services covers all our research requirements. The stability and speed of the solution has not been compromised even once since we'd started using it on a daily basis more that a year ago . We've had a few questions when designing a very specific solution which were all immediately awnsered by the tech team. The integration with the remaining components was very quick due to very flxible configuations. The reach of the data analysis that we have obtained from the tools is unprecedented.

When I contact support, I use a translation app to communicate with them.What I found to be kind is that when you translate the other person's text, it becomes easier to understand.
